1. Service Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel services at any time by providing written notice via email.
If work has already begun on a project or engagement, cancellation will apply only to future services and will not apply to work that has already been completed or initiated.
2. Refund Policy
Payments made for services are generally non-refundable once work has started, as consulting and sourcing services involve time, research, and project coordination.
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

3. Project-Based Services
For project-based engagements, refunds will not be issued for completed phases, milestones, or deliverables that have already been provided.
4. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
