  • Request Review – During the consultation, we review the client’s request and project requirements.

  • Quotation – After evaluating the request, we provide a quotation outlining the scope of work and pricing.

  • Invoice or Payment Link – Once the quotation is accepted, an invoice or secure payment link will be issued.

  • Payment Confirmation – Services will begin once payment has been received and confirmed.

  • Service Delivery – The requested sourcing, consulting, or coordination services are completed and delivered digitally.

2. Service Delivery

All services provided by Atlas Executive Support are delivered virtually. Deliverables may include reports, supplier recommendations, sourcing documentation, consultation summaries, or project coordination updates depending on the agreed scope of work.

3. Method of Delivery

 

Project results and documentation are delivered digitally through one or more of the following methods:

  • Email

  • Secure document sharing

  • Cloud-based file access

  • Virtual communication platforms

  • No physical shipment or delivery of materials is required.

 

4. Completion of Services

A project is considered complete once the agreed scope of work has been fulfilled and the deliverables have been provided to the client.
